Windows 10: "Refresh and Recovery" in Windows 10

Split from this thread. Hi Chandy, I seem to be going from one subject to another! I am a little confused between "Refresh and Recovery" in Windows 10. I seem to think I did something like this about 2 years ago. At the time I was having various problems with certain apps. I could not even use my Defrag/Optimise tool. I think I refreshed my Windows 10 without losing anything. Everything burst into life again like a new laptop. I can't remember how I did it, I think someone like yourself sent me a link etc. The main thing was I kept all my apps and files they where untouched etc. I have bee

Windows 10: In the new version of Windows, Explorer has a section called Quick Access. This includes your frequent folders and recent files. Explorer defaults to opening this page when you open a new window. If you’d rather open the usual This PC, with links to your drives and library folders, follow these steps:

• Open a new Explorer window.
• Click View in the ribbon.
• Click Options.
• Under General, next to “Open File Explorer to:” choose “This PC.”
• Click OK

Refreshing or Recovering my computer

Hi Kendall,

I highly appreciate your efforts and time.

You will lose applications and drivers or updates installed if you refresh or recover.

• What is the make and model of the computer?
• Did you make any changes prior to this issue?
• What and all steps have you tried so far?

Win10 Email refresh?

  In search type Mail app.

  In top right corner you will find a refresh button
  
• 
  Click on refresh button and check if it sync with the account
