Windows 10: refreshing my computer

due to many update problems I have decided to refresh my computer I know this is a big step and will take many hours to get back all my apps can anybody give me some tips before I start?

• Did you make any changes prior to this issue?
• What and all steps have you tried so far?

Win10 Email refresh?

  In search type Mail app.
  
• 
  In top right corner you will find a refresh button
  
• 
  Click on refresh button and check if it sync with the account
