Windows 10: Refreshing your device stuck at 90%

OK So, First, The problem that i am having is on a self-built PC, i don't know if this will affect anything however.

Second, I am twelve, so don't expect me to know everything.

So, I had a problem with my PC, where it would take ages to boot up, then take ages to shut down. Then something else happened, where NONE if the icons would load in, and i don't mean the white page, i mean there was the text, but no picture. It also wouldn't let me open any installed apps, so it would let me open .exe files, but not anything from the start menu or any shortcuts. And I have already stated, i am 12, so I like to play with my friends, but can't. So I decided to reset my PC, but it wouldn't work. Then I found out about refreshing your system. But whenever i do that, it will always get stuck on 90%, despite the fact that i left it on overnight.


I would really appreciate any of your help.

Your Phone Companion Stuck at 90 %

I have tried these steps multiple times. The app worked great yesterday and now I am stuck at 90% with a resend notification button and my Link to Windows app just spinning.

 

Unable to upgrade windows 10 from 1803 to 1903, always stuck at 90%

I will try the above steps and will let you know.

After following the steps, the update has stuck again at 90% and after an hour I turned the laptop off and rolled back to the previous version.

By the way, I have also Malwarebytes Premium installed but didn't uninstall it before I attempted the update of the windows.

  In search type Mail app.
  
• 
  In top right corner you will find a refresh button
  
• 
  Click on refresh button and check if it sync with the account
