Windows 10: Refund a program

I recently purchased Windows 11 from the Microsoft store. While checking out the information about the program everything seemed alright, even the requirements were all met by my pc, however I cannot install it, and apparently I cannot request a refund on this item. I understand why this is so, since it is a program and Microsoft cant be sure if I have installed it or not. However I am very frustrated by this, beacuse this amount of money is by no means small. I want to know if there is anything the support team can do for me

Gigabyte to implement replacement or refund program for Intel 6 series motherboards

Problem is there just aren't any backup boards as all chipsets are B2 stepping, and B3 stepping won't be available until maybe late April, so there's no point in getting defective replacement boards *Frown your last suggestion sounds reasonable enough to me though *Smile

 

Why did the startup window get cleared?

I didn't missed any step, the list was gone and gone , even after using lot of programs the programs were not listed in that list.
