    Refund, 'Any DVD' Subscription


    I have just purchased today 3rd July an 'Any DVD' subscription through the Microsoft platform, in order to view a video in .xspf file format.On trying to do this however, it will not play the video. How do I obtain a refund for my subscription, given what I have outlined above? I only made the purchase, in order to be able to see this video.

    • What are the issues your facing in DVD player apart from not playing?
    • Do you get any error message?
    • Did you try to uninstall and reinstall the app again?
    • Did you try any troubleshooting steps to fix the issue?
