    Refund denied for game that does not launch.


    I recently purchased some DLC maps/weapon packs for the game The Hunter: Call of the Wild on the Windows 10 store on PC and since downloading them the game crashes on start up. Completley freezes and stops responding right before the main menu. I was able to get a temporary ''fix'' to work but in doing so all my saves and game data was lost. Now it is back to crashing on start up. I requested a refund but it was denied because I played with the DLCs for the time the game temporarily worked. I am looking for help with either getting the game to run reliably without losing all saves or a refund

    Its 14 days OR 2 hours of play time. Whatever comes first.
