Windows 10: refund didn't give me mt money and i havent to play 14 days

i did the refund request to minecraft because i bought again by a mistake and the refund is approved but my money didn't back

i bought forza horizon 5 for 100 dollars and played it for maybe 10 minutes before not being able to play it again tried everthing and i want a refund im done with this! even if 14 days is up i want a refund for a game i havent even been able to play... very disapointed

When am I going to get refund money back? I canceled an Xbox live gold subscription like 3 days ago and they told me I'll get my refund back, and I have been checking my bank and there is still no refund money. So when I'm I going to get it back? I deleted
my debit card info, is that why I haven't gotten my refund? If not, then where is it?

 

Refunding a product (Minecraft for Windows)

There's really not much time to actually play the game in 14 days. Considering the fact majority of distributors practice 14 day refund policy (with playtime threshold), I see no reason why Microsoft would not do that as well. MORE TO IT, to refund a product
you need to uninstall it from your device. That suggest there's a way for Microsoft to check whether the software is on your computer. That, or it's a way of making sure the user complied to refund terms. Either way, there's no way to abuse it, and Microsoft
has no base to disallow game refunds.
