Windows 10: Refund for an actual accidental Duplicate Purchase on SAME DAY near SAME TIME

Can I get a refund, I know it's not that hard on my Windows 10 Pro that I purchased twice because of some issue on Microsoft's site. I honestly don't feel it's fair or right to keep money if I accidentally gave you 200 dollars for a 100 dollar item. I'm sure some State's laws would consider that STEALING. I don't care if your's policy I want an exception to policy.

We bought a laptop. I'm not used to it. I accidentally bought an app for a mobile device instead of PC. I am hoping for a refund. I was trying to purchase an offline app, Roget's Thesaurus, and instead bought the one for a mobile device. After that, I thought
I was buying the right app for PC and accidentally bought the book instead..an online thesaurus. I need a good offline thesaurus for writing when I'm not near WiFi. Not a good night... Can a person get a refund or exchange in cases like this? Thank you..

 

How to refund kids accidental purchases ?

Over 500 EUR were charged from my account. Accidental purchases were made by unknown kids (during kids party). I contacted support, but nobody responded. After I contacted live chat, I spent almost 2 hours in conversation,sending all purchase numbers,
the agent told that he is reviewing and I have to wait and than disconnection. I contacted again but there was another agent and reconnection to the other pone was not possible and send me link for refund. Any recommendation for the easiest way to refund accidental
purchases? Thank you for all advices

• Go to gethelp.live.com
• Select BILLING
• Select CONTACT US
• Here there will be a chat link. Start chatting and ask them for refund.
• Have your credit card statement, billing emails and anything else related to this accidental app purchase handy before you start the chat.
