    Gigabyte to implement replacement or refund program for Intel 6 series motherboards

    Problem is there just aren't any backup boards as all chipsets are B2 stepping, and B3 stepping won't be available until maybe late April, so there's no point in getting defective replacement boards *Frown Refund for Premium program :( your last suggestion sounds reasonable enough to me though *Smile Refund for Premium program :)

    Why did the startup window get cleared?

    I didn't missed any step, the list was gone and gone , even after using lot of programs the programs were not listed in that list.

    Thank you for your patience. For premium and refund issues, we would like to suggest to contact our billing department again. They are the ones who has the power to fix your premium subscription and do refunds.
