Windows 10: Refund of my subscription

I was on free trial period for Microsoft Office £79.99 subscription when I realised that it was too expensive for me and decided to cancel the subscriptions before the direct debit. The next day the direct debit took my money anyway and I am trying to recover it. It would appear that obstacles have been put to frustrate my efforts. What should l do to get my money back.

Will I still be refunded for the full amount for a Microsoft subscription by cancelling it the same day as purchase?

I have recently cancelled a subscription but I cannot find a refund button on my Billing History, can anybody help please.
