Windows 10: Refund on Microsoft 365

I’ve been charged £79:99 on a subscription I’d cancelled. I cancelled it on an email I cannot remember. I don’t know why I’ve been charged. I need this to be cancelled and refunded. I have the bank account information but would rather put that in a private chat.

Microsoft 365 Family Refunded

Hi, I recently got charged for the Microsoft 365 Family which I don't want to. I really want to get a refund. I clicked on cancel subscription and it shows that: We can't cancel your subscription cuz I ve already paid for it. So if anyone know how can
I cancel I get a refund, it would be very appreciated. Thank you
