Windows 10: Refund Windows 11 Home ESD

Hai, I accidentally make wrong purchase of Windows 11 Home with ESD type license.I just want to cancel it. Is it refundable?

ESD license usage: update from windows 10 to 11 and migration to different PC using 1 PC license.

My plan for now is to buy ESD key for windows 10 and use it to update to windows 11 in future, when it will be more widely used.

So i have question:

1. If I can update my windows to 11 using ESD license for windows 10 and still have it activated?
   
2. If I have another PC in the future can I activate windows on it using my old ESD license? (I suppose windows on my old PC should be deactivated?)

• Have you tried to check the files in your Recycle bin?
• May we know what troubleshooting steps have you tried so far?
• May we know what ESD file are you trying to create? Is it for Windows 10 update?

ESD license for Windows 11.
