Windows 10: Refund Windows license

I bought a Windows 11 home to Pro upgrade, but the upgrade has failed to install with various errors. I have tried all the work around and nothing works. This is not a subscription and it is not an box purchase. It's a ms store purchase and since it didn't work, I'd like a refund.

windows xp installation and dual core am

could someone please list the steps they follow to install windows with a dual core processor and windows xp service pack to. I'm reletively new to amd dual core and i feel i'm missing a step. All help will be appreciated. thanx
