Windows 10: Refund

How do I get a refund the simple way?.

I have checked and checked constantly to find the refunds. I got minecraft but had issues with installing and had to go through endless amounts of coding to update my store and blah. Whatever just get a refund.

I thought this would be easy but of course it couldn't be the supports make it sound easy but then you always run into difficulties.

So

Can somebody please just explain the easy way, I know someone can help that isnt the supports way. If I'm just being stupid then sorry but I tried calling Microsoft and they wont answer sooo :/
