Windows 10: Refund

Hello, I have received an email this morning stating that you had taken the amount of £79.99 out of my account for Microsoft 365. I was very confused as I have no need to sign up for this nor do I need it or have ever used it. Upon further inspection I realised that this was not the first time and has been taken out last year also. Please would it be possible To have a refund as this is a lot of money to be taken out of My bank when I am low income household.
