    Refunding a game that I spent a lot of my money on


    Hey, I desperately need help on how to refund this game I bought. Two days ago I bought Minecraft for $40 for one of my family members but it didn't allow me to install it, I tried everything but nothing worked so I went to get a refund in my order history but there was no button to refund :/

    can i get a refund on a game that i purchased? The game does not allow me to play it and i spent $40 just for it not to work and id like a refund? Is there a way to refund a purchased download?

    When am I going to get refund money back? I canceled an Xbox live gold subscription like 3 days ago and they told me I'll get my refund back, and I have been checking my bank and there is still no refund money. So when I'm I going to get it back? I deleted
    my debit card info, is that why I haven't gotten my refund? If not, then where is it?
