Windows 10: refunding item bought with minecoins

some places are saying you can't refund them, others are saying they have gotten refunds.i purchased an add on on minecraft marketplace, and when i went to play with it realized i didn't like it. i cant just buy more minecoins to buy another add on with and i will not be using this add on so its a waste of mine coins for me, so is there any way to refund it?i bought it with pre-purchased mine coins

hello I bought a bunch of minecoins bout 3 worlds but one really sucks and is a waste of my **** minecoins so am I able to refund this 1 world for my minecoins back? plus I just bought it like 15 minutes ago soooo...…..
