Windows 10: Refunds?!?

So,


I've now contacted MS 3 times- once with 45+ min by phone, with no solution before they disconnected me. Once, they claimed there was a fix, and I did that, and shocker... not a fix. Finally, an attempt to get a refund, that ended with, "just a couple minutes while I get the form together" followed by... CHAT ENDED!!!!


Yay! How does one go about getting a refund in this place? Is there an escalation process or something?

And people say the EU is useless! Now, if they force partial refunds for everyone, that'd be the next step.
