Windows 10: Refurbished Laptop with illegal Windows License?

Recently I bought a refurbished Lenovo laptop off a big commercial Vendor in Guatemala. It was supposed to come with Windows 10 Professional. After the purchase I asked for the product key so that I could reinstall the system for safety reasons. I was told that this product runs under a commercial/organizational license so that no product key is available and once I install other software, I lose warranty. Without knowing the exact terms of trade in Guatemala, it seems to me that this is not a legal action. Command slmgr.vbs /dlv produced following output:Is this in any way legal or should I r

Hi,

I've just ordered a Windows 7 laptop which is a refurbished business laptop. Will the laptop be eligible for the free Windows 10 upgrade?

I'm assuming somehow the license changes from a business to a consumer version under the Microsoft Authorised Refurbisher Program?

Windows 10 Pro Refurbisher Install

As stated, it’s a Windows 10 Refurbisher license. So the laptop had windows 8.1, was refurbished and redistributed with the license. They come with coa sticker. The sticker is definitely genuine - that’s not the issue.
You just can’t activate with standard windows install - I’m guessing the refurbished companies have to do something specific for it to work or use pen copy?
