Windows 10: Regarding 5.1 Channel Sound Problem

I Upgraded to ASUS TUF GAMING Z690, i7 12700K last month and when I used the machine on windows 10 I had Realtek Audio Manager already installed on my hard disk Screenshot Attached on this Realtek Audio Manager My Speakers were working fine with Individual Control or Separation however I wanted to.Then I Upgraded to Windows 11 and the Drivers got Updated and This Audio manager was Replaced by ASUS Realtek Audio Control Screenshot Attachedand when I test the Speakers in this Software all the Speakers are Working Fine and in Separation but when I play anything only the Front Right and Fron

Sound Quality

One thing that sticks out from looking at your "My Computer" specs. You list "ONBOARD 6 CHANNEL (5.1) HIGH DEF AUDIO (AS STANDARD)" which suggests you do not have the correct sound hardware driver. Your motherboard has Realtek sound and the first step is to install the Realtek sound drivers. My ASUS also came with Sonic Studio 2 which is a sound enhancement package. Check the ASUS install disc to see if you have something similar.

May not be a speaker problem.

 

Windows 10 1709 System Restore problems...

That seems to be an attempt at Option 2 in the tutorial, which requires you to
a. Boot to a command prompt (Did you?)
b. You then seem to be mixing steps 3,4 and 5, thus your command is incorrect.

I suggest Option 1 is easier.

Sound problem

Hi,

We need to investigate further so that we can identify the cause of the issue. We suggest running the Troubleshooter and see if it helps. Follow the steps below:

• Type and select Troubleshooting on the Search bar/Cortana.
• Click Hardware and Sound.
• Select Playing Audio under Sound.
• Follow the steps that will be provided.

If the steps does not work. We suggest downloading a fresh copy of the audio driver from Realtek and see if it helps.
