Windows 10: Regarding bitlocker recovery key

Dear,my laptop crashed and asking me to enter bitlocker recovery key, when I accessed my microsoft account it shows "You don't have any Bitlocker recovery Keys uploaded to your Microsoft account". What is the solution for this issue, I AM USING THE RIGHT MICROSOFT account.
