Windows 10: regarding computer scree brightness

my screen brightness does not work properly. when I want to increase brightness level, it automatically decreases. screen brightness iconvertically black icon on the left top corner does not remove. It always persists on the screen. how to resolve all these problems.regards,

Some computers can let Windows automatically adjust screen brightness based on the current lighting conditions.

To manually adjust the screen brightness, we suggest following these troubleshooting steps:

• Click Start, then select Settings.
• Choose System, then select Display.
• Under Brightness and color, move the Change brightness slider to adjust the brightness.
