Windows 10: Regarding Disk Check

From last two days my windows whenever boots or restarts this disk check utility also gets triggered and starts to ask that "press any key to skip disk checking"and it wants to scan the disk C: even if i skip it it comes again on other boot and if i leave it to scan it does not do anything and just boots like normal means atleast it shoudl do some scanning when i checked the drive properties it told me this : please help because it is uneccesarily increasing my boot time.i can probably say that this started to happen after a short 5 min powercut but my ssd software shows that the drive is

Checking Disk Consistency

Ok i did as viper suggested, but it stops checking at stage 3. It is still saying the drive is dirty, and still needs to be checked. I did a defrag and a disk cleanup, and suggestions?

 

Disk Check Issue?

I'm having the Disk Check issue again. However, this time, I can't use Startup Repair to fix it. Can you address this?

 

diskpart doesn't show disk

Hey,

I am trying to install Win10 on a mac book air.

However the diskpart does not list the disk even after reformatting the partition as NTFS per suggestion.

read through this solution but cannot move to step 1 listed in the solution by Ivan as that disk doesn't see that partition it was just able to reformat.
