Windows 10: regarding help with my touchscreen.

my laptop is hp xEnvy 360 ryzen3 it is Japanese version one and ELAN ezTouchfilter shows this This device cannot start. Code 10 A request for the HID descriptor failed. it was working good before 2 months and it is not working right now can you help me with that. kind regards,aayush
