Windows 10: Regarding my PC WIFI scanning

Hello guys I am John Arthur I have got some weird problem that is while turning on my mobile hotspot in my pc wifi settings my device is not shownI have reset my network settings, and also tried resetting using the Netsh command and also tries hidden network options but the problem is not solved but while I turn on Hotspot on other Phone the names are being listed in my WIFI settings but when I turned my hotspot on my mobile Name is shown in all other Pc WIFI setting but Not visible in My pc wifi settings please, someone, help me

By default, scans are saved in a Scans folder inside the Pictures. Here are the steps on how to get there:

• Press Windows and type pictures
• Click Pictures and double-click the Scans folder.

This issue occurs due to a corrupted system files. We suggest that you run
the SFC to scan and fix any
corrupted files. To do this, follow these steps:

• 
  Open
  Command Prompt
  as
  Administrator.
  
• 
  Type
  sfc /scannow
  and hit
  Enter.

Cannot connect to wifi with laptop

We would like to isolate this issue that you're having right now. We suggest that you try the steps below:

• 
  Go to Network and Sharing Center.
  
• 
  At the right pane, click Change adapter settings.
  
• 
  Right click on your connection name (WiFi name) and Properties.
  
• 
  Click the Configure... button.
  
• 
  Go to Power Management tab.
  
• 
  Uncheck/disable the radio button for "Allow this device to turn off this device to save power".
  
• 
  Restart the PC (Important)
