Windows 10: Regarding protected process

Hi , I have a few questions regarding concept of protected process on windows :1. Can I run a normal non AV/non anti malware process as protected process , provided the requirements are met?2. I am considering a scenario where I want to launch a user land process as protected process. How can one do that ? do I need a driver signed with Microsoft for ELAM , also will the userland binaries like DLL and EXEs would need to be signed by Microsoft or a third party vendor signed binaries will work provided the driver trust these binaries ?

Hi dalchina. Good news, I followed your suggestion and reinstalled the update and now it appears as "installed correctly" *Biggrin Maybe it was not necessary to run the Windows Update Troubleshooter or maybe if necessary. But using it I do not think it could have worsened something. The installation was very fast, unlike the first time it showed step 1 and step 2 completed.
