Windows 10: Regarding the canceled update

Hi it has been canceled a Microsoft update to the laptop so will the Microsoft send it back if so when?if not what are the ways to get it back to the laptop please. Thanks

Hi dalchina. Good news, I followed your suggestion and reinstalled the update and now it appears as "installed correctly" *Biggrin Maybe it was not necessary to run the Windows Update Troubleshooter or maybe if necessary. But using it I do not think it could have worsened something. The installation was very fast, unlike the first time it showed step 1 and step 2 completed.

https://account.microsoft.com/services.

• Sign in with the email address you use to sign in to Groove.
• Go to the Services & subscriptions tab.
• In your subscriptions, select the Cancel button next to Groove Music Pass.

  Press Crtl + alt + Delete key on your keyboard to open task manager.

  Cancel the Windows Update task form the task manager.
