Windows 10: Regarding the problem on shortcut key and quick settings

1 I have to press the alt + f4 key for multiple times to execute the shutdown shortcut and after three attempts it gets opened and it occurs often. 2 while clicking the quick settings menu which contains brightness controller and wi-fi bar.etc.., it takes upto 4 seconds to be opened fully after clicking the quick settings menu.

Reset Quick Assist settings

Thank you for the information. Stability of connection in Quick Assist depends on the internet connection. We suggest to make sure that you are connected to stable internet. To help you with this, please perform the following steps below:

• Press Windows key + I to open Settings.
  
• On Settings, choose Apps & features.
• On the left pane, choose Programs and Features.
• Then, look for Quick Assist and click on it.
• Choose Advanced options, then Repair.

Windows 10 shortcut key not working - Please help

Hey guys,

I'm trying to create a shortcut key for a program/script that turns off my monitor. I've confirmed that the small program is working by double clicking on it. The problem I'm having is that when I go to create a shortcut key for it. First I create a shortcut to the program, then I set a shortcut key, say "ctrl-shift-s". After applying the changes, clicking Ok, I try to use the shortcut by pressing the ctrl-shift-s key combination. When I do this, nothing happens. I've confirmed that shortcut keys works with other apps like the Command Prompt. Does anyone have any insight to this?
