    Regarding Turn off screen and Sleep feature


    I have Lenovo Yoga C930 and C940, each using Windows 10 and Windows 11 fully up-to-date, so as their BIOS, and H/W drivers including Intel display graphics, etc. I already reached out to Lenovo, but they were unable to help.No matter what I tried, they all go to sleep whenever [Turn off screen/display] reaches the time set, the system disregards the [Sleep] time set. Example: I set Turn off the screen after 15 minutes and Sleep after 1 hour, the system goes to sleep after 15 minutes, not after 1 hour as set.Your insight would be greatly appreciated.

    Hi, thank you. I could restart my surface pro 4 but still could not fix the Surface Pro 4 screen not turn on after sleep. I am still looking forward to hearing more suggestions to fix the black screen after sleep.

    Dear EK, Thanks for your prompt reply. I tried to update the display drivers by following your instruction but I still encountered the same problem "not screen is still black, not turn on after sleep". Looking for more assistance on this matter.
