Windows 10: Regarding windows 10 installationOOBE errors

Hello people. Today I tried installing windows 10 but when I got to the configs like region,network,etc I was met with all the OOBE errors excluding OOBEEULA.I tried fixing these errors by manually creating an account using CMD and modifying the OOBE settings in regedit Created a DWORD 32-bit value named UnattendedCreatedUser and set the value to 00001 hexadecimal but none of what I done worked. I managed to get to the lock screen but once I put the password in it just goes back to the configuration screen and repeats the same OOBE errors again and again. Any tips?
