Windows 10: Regarding Windows 10

I am facing the issue regarding the windows key & W key is not working on my laptop when I press them. I tried to find the solution but didn't find any. I had reset my system then for some time duration it starts working but again the same issue arises. And some other issue also arises like when I press ctrl+X then instead of cut it also opens the file. And my keyboard is fine there is no issue regarding that. If I try to connect with an external keyboard it works fine there is no issue but in laptop keyboard this issue occurs.

Explorer defaults to opening this page when you open a new window. If you’d rather open the usual This PC, with links to your drives and library folders, follow these steps:

• Open a new Explorer window.
• Click View in the ribbon.
• Click Options.
• Under General, next to “Open File Explorer to:” choose “This PC.”
• Click OK

Hi dalchina. Good news, I followed your suggestion and reinstalled the update and now it appears as "installed correctly" *Biggrin Maybe it was not necessary to run the Windows Update Troubleshooter or maybe if necessary. But using it I do not think it could have worsened something. The installation was very fast, unlike the first time it showed step 1 and step 2 completed.
