Windows 10: Regarding Windows Crashing 2/

Backstory: I had annoying crashes since few years ago and only recently few days ago I got BSOD allowing me to actually get help with diagnosing. My crashes are usually just that picture and sound freezes and computer stops responding so I have to restart thus it doesnt collect any kind of error or dump file. I posted my last question here and a person named Dave helped me a lot. Thanks Dave!. and told me that my computer was crashed due to a driver of a video game anticheat, so I removed it and reinstalled whole system from scratch and really the crashes stopped. I suggest you run rthdribl > http://www.daionet.gr.jp/~masa/archives/rthdribl_1_2.zip
Increase the window size step by step and watch your vga temps permanently.
What happens?
If it crashes, run at stock speeds as suggested before and retry.

P.S.: When your system locks, does the display signal turn off after a time?
Stuttering sound or no sound at all when freezing?
What X1800XT model do you own exactly?

Hi dalchina. Good news, I followed your suggestion and reinstalled the update and now it appears as "installed correctly" *Biggrin Maybe it was not necessary to run the Windows Update Troubleshooter or maybe if necessary. But using it I do not think it could have worsened something. The installation was very fast, unlike the first time it showed step 1 and step 2 completed.

ive watch my temps and both the cpu and gpu are within normal ranges. when it freezes it simply freezes the image and stops the sound. i must reboot to get back to windows.
