Windows 10: Regarding your recent updates and patches

Hi guys, I have recently received one of your forced updates and this has broken my ability to use my Rocksmith 2014 cable on USB 3 ports. This is a brand new cable bought only a few weeks ago, it is 100% operational and I have tested it on more than my machine, and the problem is your patch has broken my ability to use it on this machine. I had to roll back to 13th Feb System Restore, then back to the 15th to get it to work again for less than 20 minutes, and now it is not working, again on the same build, I have also updated to the latest build and it still is unoperational. I have tried turning the machine on and off, disabling then re-enabling the driver, uninstalling the driver in question and the Universal Serial Bus controllers, tried using a powered USB hub, tried all the USB ports on my machine, done a BIOS update, all for absolutely nothing. I still receive an error in Device Manager when I plug the device in stating:




Windows has stopped this device because it has reported problems. (Code 43)




A request for the USB device descriptor failed.





Your developers in my opinion need to start debugging -A LOT MORE- before they release a patch, you have not only made me lose my windows key in recent patches, but now this has broken. NOT GOOD ENOUGH. If you release an update, it needs to be adequately debugged. This AGILE mentality is cancer within your industry, please fix this so I can use my cable again, because now I am stuck dealing with your developer's **** again Microsoft. Many of your customers are seriously unhappy about the way you are going with your updates.

Mac OS X 10 has recently been the subject of tons of security testing. To patch most of the findings of those tests, Apple has released a security update. The update patches irPort, Apple Type Services, Finder, Installer, Security Framework, VPN, and several web services. Hi dalchina. Good news, I followed your suggestion and reinstalled the update and now it appears as "installed correctly" *Biggrin Maybe it was not necessary to run the Windows Update Troubleshooter or maybe if necessary. But using it I do not think it could have worsened something. The installation was very fast, unlike the first time it showed step 1 and step 2 completed.

Any idea when the new Patch for the new problem will be available ?
