Windows 10: Register Microsoft Windows Hardware Developer Program Fail

Hi All,I want to enable the hardware dashboard feature on my current account. I have already confirmed the following:The account is a global administrator.The account's legal info verification has been passed.However, following the steps on this website: https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/windows-hardware/drivers/dashboard/hardware-program-registerEverything goes smoothly until the final step, but after clicking Finish, an error message always appears.What other aspects should I check or be aware of?Best Regards,Martin

Microsoft signals end of Paint program

Microsoft has confirmed that it will continue to offer its graphics program Paint.

In a recent update, it had listed Paint as a feature that would be either removed or no longer developed.

Paint, renowned for its simplicity, has been part of the Windows operating system since its launch in 1985.

Microsoft suggested it would not remain on Windows 10 by default but did say it would be available for free on the Windows Store.

registering to developer account

I think the services are down. I'm trying to register an account as well but the payment just fails every time. One of the lengthy error I received suggest something messing up in the backend of this service. The more annoying part is that we cannot contact
support (like the button suggests) because the account can't be recognized as we have not registered as developers yet.
