    Registration in the extended startup not possible?


    Hello I would like to reset my PC. When I try to do this with Windows itself it takes forever to load and at the end it says in the extended startup it could not be reset. I checked online what I could do and the internet says I should open the command prompt in the extended startup and enter some commands there. Now the problem is that when I enter my password it is always shown as wrong. I have changed it 3 times now and entered it again and again with care but every time the same. Does anyone have any idea what the problem is or what I should do?

    Hi Luky,

    Thank you for posting your reply.

    I suggest you to perform a Startup Repair by following the steps below.

    • In the Lock screen, press/hold the shift key and click on power icon>restart.
    • Click on Troubleshoot>Advanced Options>Startup Repair and follow the prompts to start the Startup Repair.
    After the Startup Repair is complete, check for the status.

    no audio on extended display

    We would like to know more information from your end to know what is the next possible step that we can offer for you to resolve your issue.



    • Were you able to get an audio on your extended display before? Or is this the first time that you will set up an extended display with your computer?
    • Aside from the HDMI cable, have you tried using VGA cable instead to connect to your extended display?
    • Can you verify if you have any audio on your speakers if you are not connected to the extended display?
