Windows 10: Registration of offline app

I am a developer of an app. My app runs offline and does not use the Microsoft authentication/authorization system. When a user installs my app, they get a warning that "this app is from an unknown publisher". How do I register the app to prevent this warning? Again, this is an offline, not cloud, app, distributed through my website, not Microsoft Store.

If you wish to download the offline map for Pakistan, then it is currently unavailable on the Windows phone. We suggest that you send a suggestion on the Feedback Hub so we can add it on the next update. To send a feedback on your phone, you can follow the
steps below:

• Go to All Apps, search for the Feedback Hub app.
• Open the menu icon at the top left side.
• Select Feedback, then at the top right side, tap the
  add button (+).
• Select Suggestion and fill up the box with the details needed.
• Select the right category, and then submit.

You can also download any alternative applications from the Store that support offline maps.

Are you getting any error message? If yes, what is the error message?

I suggest you to follow the steps below and check if it helps.

I would suggest you to run the inbuilt windows app troubleshooter and check if it helps.

• Press Windows Key +X.
• Click Control Panel.
• Select Troubleshooting.
• On the left pane, click on View All.
• Click on Windows Store app to run the troubleshooter and follow the on-screen instructions.

If the issue persist, I suggest you to reset Windows Store cache abd check. Follow the steps:

• Press Windows Key+ R.
• Type wsreset.exe and hit
  Enter.

RetailDemo Offline Content?


Was cleaning up my 10162 install using cleanmgr. One option on the list was "RetailDemo Offline Content", it was 100MB. Not sure what this is, before I delete it. Suggestions?
