Windows 10: Registrations from xbox game bar capture keeps freezing

hello guysI recently used the xbox game bar function to registrate some video stuff i needed for university, the problem is that when i try to reproduce them with microsoft game dvr i keep getting video freezes while the audio keeps going in the background,so i can't really use those registrations because every 2-3 minutes the video stops working and i have to close it and open it again

Kindly follow the steps below that could possibly fix the issue.

Fix 1 : Enable game bar in settings

• Go to Settings
  
• Then click Gaming icon to continue.
  
• go to the Game Bar panel, make sure the option Record game clips, screenshots, and broadcast using Gaming bar is on.

Unable to "move" Captures folder for Xbox Bar Captures

I am unable to follow those steps. As I mentioned, there is no "Captures" folder. It points directly to the temp folder, and there is no Captures folder for me to edit. When I go into the properties on the temp folder, I have no "location" tab, so nothing can be changed.

 

Xbox Game Bar is not capturing for the full amount of time set

Dear Username34,in this case I suggest you try to uninstall Xbox Game Bar using Revo Uninstaller:

Launch the app and click on WindowsApps;

Scroll down to Xbox Game Bar and click Uninstall;

After clicking on Verify, the leftover app registration will appear;

Click Select All and then Delete;

Now open Microsoft Store and download Xbox Game Bar again;

Check if the problem still persists;
