Windows 10: Registry BSoD help

Basically I need the usb recovery to at least work on my pc so I can reinstall windows. I think I need to manually fix it on regedit as I know I broke it somewhere by using an old regedit shortcut downloaded from internet. It have 3 files from windows defender on, off and reset. The genius me curious about the reset tried it without a backup/restore point.Using the usb recovery option just make my screen dim a little then restart for another BSoD. I've tried SFC/scannow, etc and it doesn't work.Can anyone help me which lines to create/edit for it to work or it isn't possible?

+1 to listing your full system specs, OS version, etc. I did only look at your BSOD log file.

Run a Diskchk /R (I know you already ran one, so you can skip this)

Run SFC /SCANNOW

Report back.
