Windows 10: registry editor default folder

When I reset my PC, I just open the registry editor. When I go to Computer\HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE, there are folders like Google and Mozilla, but I just reset the PC and nothing installs new. registry editor reset after system reset or just remain the same

set AutoPlay defaults with registry editor

Do you know how to set the AutoPlay defaults with the registry editor? For example, I would prefer the default to be set to "Open a folder to view files (File Explorer) for "Removable Drive" and "Memory Card," but I don't exactly know how to set this in the registry editor and I can't find any examples anywhere!

I would like to know what is the default value for both SmoothMouseXCurve and SmoothMouseYCurve in both Computer\HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Control Panel\Mouse and Computer\HKEY_USERS\.DEFAULT\Control Panel\Mouse in Registry Editor.
