Windows 10: Registry editor tdrdelay set to 10 and updated, pc doesn't turn on

Hello, my pc had what I believe is a firmware update before which I had edited the tdrdelay to 10 using registry editor and restarted it. The keyboard didn't work after which I restarted again, this time the pc won't power on and the power button glows for a few seconds and stops

group policy editor VS registry settings

ALL settings are applied through the registry. The Group Policy Editor is just a GUI with a set of templates containing the registry settings required. Microsoft publish this spreadsheet listing all the policies and the registry settings they use.
