Windows 10: Registry Editor won't stop scrolling down by itself

I have been trying to take care of something in Registry Editor, but literally the moment I even move my cursor into the window, the screen immediately begins automatically scrolling down, making it pretty much impossible to be able to click anything in the window, as there is no way to make it stop. I looked into whether the culprit was my wireless mouse, keyboard, or the track pad on my laptop, but all three work just fine on everything else. Has anyone else experienced this frustrating issue before?

- tried changing mouse setting,no luck

biggest problem seems to be that microsoft won`t leave things that work,alone!!!

scroll button won`t zoom!!
