Windows 10: Registry Entropy Cringe

I understand that over time the integrity, simplicity, and reliability of software degrades. The Windows Registry is no exception. I guess what bothers me most are the unknown SID permissions. It appears MS has SIDs which do not translate to a description and appear in raw form that should not be removed. Is there a link to a document that talks about this?


So I want to 'clean up' the registry. CCLeaner seems ok. Would that be the tool of choice?

Removing app from Windows registry
