Windows 10: Registry error on boot

Hello,Today I was watching YouTube when my computer suddenly froze. It turned off and launched into the bios without me pressing anything. I exited out of bios and had it restart and when it launched, it immediately came up with a blue screen with a registry error and said that it would restart automatically and now it is stuck in a loop.I have tried going into the windows repair system to try and change startup settings, uninstall recent updates, and even reset the pc but none of this worked. When I used the startup setting option it just launched into the exact same thing which prevented

+1 to listing your full system specs, OS version, etc. I did only look at your BSOD log file.

Run a Diskchk /R (I know you already ran one, so you can skip this)

Run SFC /SCANNOW

Report back.

 

0xc0000225 boot error

For some odd reason when I turned on my computer today, I was greeted with the error 0xc0000225 stating that my NLS files were corrupt/missing. I am Running Vista x64 and so far have tried the following:

Replace NLS files
Windows repair utility
Restored an old working registry backup
Tried booting with different ram configurations
Created new BCD / Boot
Chkdsk


Google suggests something about apci, but my gigabyte ud3p doesn't have such an option (already vista compatible) and it seems to only occur to people who are initially installing and not people who already have a working copy.
