Windows 10: Registry error or irql not less or equal on startup

Registry ErrorsHey yall, booted up my computer and got hit with a registry error bsod. The computer reboots then crashes again with not IRQL NOTHING LESS OR EQUAL. The computer seems to crash and switch between the two. When it does boot into windows it crashes soon after. I can’t factory reset since that requires a system restarts which then causes the reset to fail. I’m also scared about if it crashed mid reset.. I also tried to do a new install of windows through the bios and a USB stick. The computer seems to crash before I can even try. Any ideas on what I can do? This Laptop needs to

Hello, I'm on Windows 11 and I received this BSOD with an error code IRQL NOT LESS OR EQUAL frequently

Can anyone help find out what causes the issue?

I already did the following basic troubleshooting method but didn't find any error:

• sfc/scannow = No Error Found
  
• Windows Memory Diagnostic = No Error Found
