Windows 10: Registry

Hello!

I accidentally spilled water on my laptop keyboard and it wasn’t working then. I plugged a USB keyboard on and turnt the laptop keyboard in the registry off. After that I restarted my laptop and now I can’t go back in because the USB keyboard isn’t working either.

Can anyone help me please.
