File scans have been done... in Windows 10 Gaming to solve the problem; File scans have been done "scannow", /r, and others. nothing found. will doing a server 12 upgrade fix this error?...     File scans have been done "scannow", /r, and others. nothing found. will doing a server 12 upgrade fix this error?

    I need a file server.

    Pure file server, no domain, no print server, nothing.

    The only thing beyond the file server role will also be a scan server, as they have a huge printer/scanner/copier combo that currently scans to each individuals desktop, and will now be scanned directly to the users folder on the server.

    I realize that scanned files do not appear on the client computer instantly even though they appear on the server. I will try to help you with this issue.

    Please answer the question to get more clarity on this issue:


    • Is the server PC and this computer on a Domain Network?

    If the computer is part of a Domain Network, then suggest you to post this question in the TechNet Forum

    My computer recently started crashing and it shows a blue screen with a sad face that says Registry_error. It used to be when i left it idle but now it crashes when I use it. Any suggestions? I can’t get it to stop crashing. It doesnt crash in safemode.
