Windows 10: RegSvr32 Problem

Hello guys.. 3 days now i have a serious problem that i can't solve. If anyone of you has the same problem as me can you please help me ? Also i dont even have those files in my system..*Sad

One of the problems that the troubleshooter found and I found the website relating to the problem and result are as below.

Hi, when does this message occur?
E.g. - at log-on, periodically, randomly, when I (do sthg - what?)?

Are you trying to register a dll yourself?

And any idea what happened before this started happening? (E.g. I installed.....what?)

Do you have a system restore point you can use to restore your system to a point before this started happening?

this message occurs every time i turn on my pc.
I tried to register the dll that it asks but i couldn't find them. I cracked also a dll program but still nothing.
Well, i tried to crack the Microsoft office, and i downloaded a program ( kmsPico) and i think i got a virus. I run my Anti-mnalware, which cleaned all my virus. After that i had this message pop up. I tried to delete the destination folder and it still pop up. I dont know what to do. And i am trying to find a solution so i can avoid format.
