Windows 10: regular fps drops

    my laptop has this unique thing where everytime i play games, like roblox, fortnite and stuff, it always has fps drops, even though outside those fps drops, i always get consistent 60-80 fps, only when the fps drops happens is where it became inconsistents, i have 16 gb ram so it must be more than enough to run a normal roblox game, but almost every game always has fps drops, even if its not the high spec games, it still happens regularly, i tried using ram map to clear my cached memory but it still happens regularly, its getting really annoying, even though i already set all my nvidia setting
