Windows 10: Regular keyboard on Windows 8.1 Nextbook 10 defunct

Hello--Purchased a used Nextbook 10 tablet notebook and the tablet keyboard works fine, but the regular, actual keyboard won't work. Is there a command to turn it on? Thanks.

Nextbook Flexx 10 Keyboard won't work

This issue might occur due to corrupted or faulty keyboard drivers installed on your system.

Please some of the below troubleshooting steps and check if you are able to access keyboard:

Method 1:

Step 1: Run the Hardware and Devices troubleshooter and check.

Follow the steps to run the troubleshooter:

• 
  Right click on the Start menu and select
  Control Panel.
  
• 
  Click on "Troubleshooting".
  
• 
  Click on "View all" from the left pane and select "Hardware and Devices".
  
• Click on “Advanced” and then click on “Run as Administrator”.
• Click “Next” and follow the on-screen instructions to complete the troubleshooting process.
  

Step 2: Uninstall keyboard driver.

• Press Windows key + X key when you are at desktop.
• Select Device Manager.
• Expand Keyboard.
• Right on the Keyboard driver and click on
  Uninstall.

Step 3: Update the driver.

• Press Windows key + X key when you are at desktop.
• Select Device Manager.
• Expand Keyboard.
• Right on the Keyboard driver and click on
  Update driver software.
