Windows 10: Regularly checking for updates but no updates shown

Hi,I currently use Windows 11 Home 21H2. I regularly go to settings to check for windows updates however it shows that there are no updates available. For a while I've thought that it must be that there is indeed no updates available. However, as if living under a rock I have now recently realized that 23H2 exists. I'm not sure how I can update to the latest windows version, is it only rolled out a certain number of users? I doubt that my system requirements are an issue.

Defender updates no longer shown

Sorry but I just want to see Defender updates listed in my update history. Updates for office 2010 etc are shown so why not Windows Defender?

No, I know that. Exactly where I suggest this to be changed, please note.
Sorry for not being clear.

The Check for updates small window currently does not show what I ask to be added - program version. Please consider adding this. Many other programs have this, so I suggest for GPU-Z to have it too.

I suggest you to follow the steps below:

• Type defender in the search box.
• Click on update.
• Check for the date on which defender is being updated.
• If the recent date is mentioned then it will not show in the Automatic Updates.
• Also click on update definition and check if any update is pending.
